Personal Touch Home Care is expanding our Special Needs Program and seeking compassionate Speech Language Pathologists who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in the home setting.
We are currently hiring a full-time SLP to provide home-based care throughout Queens & Long Island to support our growing pediatric and adult caseloads.
Pay: $110,000.00-$115,000.00/annually
*To be considered, candidates must have a valid and active New York State SLP license.*

Qualifications:
- Active New York State Speech Language Pathologist license required.
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Home care experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience with pediatric, adult, special needs, or geriatric populations is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Provide therapy to individuals of all ages, addressing issues such as articulation, fluency, voice, and language.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families about communication strategies and home exercises.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in speech therapy.
