Speech Care at Home is expanding into South Florida and partnering with Home Health Agencies throughout the Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and Palm Beach areas. We are offering consistent PRN opportunities for SLPs who want flexible, well-paid adult home health work close to home.

Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat adult patients in the home health setting
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation
Requirements
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida SLP license
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Adult population experience
• CPR certification
• Consent to Level II AHCA background screening (https://info.flclearinghouse.com)
• Excellent communication skills
