Location:
Office in Southwest Littleton, Colorado - providing home care services across the Denver Metro and surrounding areas
Schedule:
Flexible Shifts Available - Sunday through SaturdayEarliest shift: 6:00 AM | Latest: 12:00 MidnightFull-time and Part-time positions available
Pay & Benefits:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience and skills)
Bi-weekly pay schedule
Holiday Pay for recognized holidays
Sick Pay: 1 hour for every 30 hours worked

We are seeking experienced, reliable, and professional caregivers to provide in-home support and assistance for our clients through the IHSS program. As a skilled caregiver, you will play a key role in promoting independence, safety, and dignity in the comfort of our clients’ homes.

Responsibilities Include:
Providing dependable, compassionate in-home care and companionship
Supporting clients with personal care needs while maintaining dignity and respect
Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Preparing meals and supporting dietary needs
Performing light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment
Accompanying clients to appointments or errands as needed
Following personalized care plans and documenting updates accurately
Adhering to all state regulations and company policies
Completing 12 hours of annual continuing education (as required by the State of Colorado)
Skilled Care Services May Include:
Wound Care: Cleaning and dressing wounds to promote healing
NG Tube Feeding: Administering nutrition through nasogastric tubes
Catheter Care: Providing comfort and hygiene with proper maintenance
Suppository Administration: Safely assisting with prescribed bowel care routines
Bowel Program Support: Helping clients manage bowel care with professionalism and sensitivity
