What You'll Do
As a key member of our clinical team, you will support both patient care and practice operations by:
- Obtaining vital signs, medical histories, and clinical information
- Administering injections and treatments as ordered by the provider
- Performing EKGs, hearing screenings, and vision testing
- Performing phlebotomy and processing laboratory specimens
- Assisting providers with examinations, procedures, and diagnostic testing
- Coordinating referrals, appointments, and follow-up care
- Conducting proactive patient outreach and follow-up calls
- Managing patient information within eClinicalWorks
- Processing prescription refill requests, diagnostic orders, and prior authorizations
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Collaborating with providers and team members to ensure seamless patient care
- Helping create a welcoming, professional, and patient-centered environment

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Graduate of an accredited Phlebotomy program or current Phlebotomy certification
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Minimum two years of clinical Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Experience performing phlebotomy, injections, EKGs, hearing tests, and vision screenings
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; eClinicalWorks preferred
- Primary Care, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Concierge Medicine, or Executive Health experience strongly preferred
- Interest in wellness, preventive medicine, healthy aging, and integrative approaches to healthcare preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a commitment to exceptional patient service
