What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced PCA - North Andover - Day Shift position at Personal Care Assistant (PCA)?
Hi,
Adult male with a spinal cord injury (SCI), paralyzed from the shoulders down (quadriplegic), looking for a reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Home Health Care Aide (HHA) for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6 a.m.–6 p.m. Hours can be slightly modified for the right candidate. A valid driver’s license is a bonus, and a good sense of humor is always appreciated!
Compensation starts at $23.25 per hour, including the approved MassHealth complex care differential, and may increase based on Tempus’s seniority pay brackets, which are determined by the total qualifying hours worked as a PCA since 2008.
Responsibilities:
- Personal Care (including bowel program)
- All Acts of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Housekeeping
- Transfers (Ceiling lift is present and training can be provided if need be)
- Reliable Transportation
