Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will execute office duties in support of our non-emergency medical transportation business including but not limited to routing, dispatching, and billing activities.. The ideal candidate can problem-solve and maintain processes in a fast-paced environment to meet schedule and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Professionally administer and route all incoming calls in a polite, enthusiastic, and friendly manner
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
- Dispatching tasks include calling drivers to inform them of pick-up and route modifications
- Problem-solving skills. Real-time investigation into solving client and driver issues.
- Complete driver duties in case of staffing shortage or possible service issues. This is needed on an infrequent basis.
- Assist with driver and vehicle compliance and inspections.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- Clean driving record (No more than 2 speeding tickets, No suspensions)
- Pass a drug test and background check.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday; 10 AM – 2 PM as base schedule. There are times where schedule variation will be required based on business needs
Pay: $13.00 per hour. Paid weekly. Training period 2-4 weeks at $12 per hour
