Summary Objective
Person County Government is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to serve as an Income Maintenance Supervisor II within the Adult Medicaid Unit at the Department of Social Services. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the effective delivery of Adult Medicaid services to the community.
The Income Maintenance Supervisor II provides direct supervision to a team consisting of seven full-time Income Maintenance Caseworker II positions, one full-time Income Maintenance Caseworker III, and one full-time Income Maintenance Caseworker I. This position plays a critical role in guiding staff performance, fostering professional development, and maintaining compliance with all applicable policies and regulations.
This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and customer service.

The starting salary will be determined with consideration given to both the candidate's educational background and relevant work experience.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record per County policy.
This is an exempt position working 37.5 hours weekly/1950 hours annually.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Required Minimum Training:
- Three years experience as a caseworker or investigator in an income maintenance program, preferable with one year of supervisory experience;
- or equivalent combination of training and experience.

None.
