Summary: Performs moderately complex assembly and testing with limited supervision. Troubleshoots routine issues and contributes to process improvements.
Reports to: Production Supervisor

Skills Required:
- Assemble components, subassemblies, and precision electomechanical systems according to work instructions
- Use hand tools, torque drivers, and basic measuring instruments.
- Use calipers, micrometers, and multimeters
- Understands torque requirements and tolerances
- Ability to read simple drawings and work instructions in English
- Computer savvy, accurately record work performed in ERP/MES systems
- Follow ESD, safety, and cleanroom protocols
- Perform vacuum leak checks and alignment tasks
- Execute standard test procedures
- Diagnose and correct common assembly issues
- Ability to train Technician I employees
- Provide feedback on documentation improvements
- Maintain production schedules and priorities
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Electrical/Electronic/Semiconductor or relevant industry
- Good attention to detail, taking accountability for your workspace, and following 6S guidelines
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the business requirements
- Technical school or associate degree preferred but not required
- Work is sedentary in nature, but may require standing, walking, grasping, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
