Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $95K to $110K per year. The actual pay offered will be determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, job-related knowledge, internal equity, and geographical location.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools.
- Extract, analyze, validate, and interpret data from Epicor, Aegis, MiSys, SQL databases, and other systems.
- Drive insights and recommendations for inventory analysis, material planning, purchasing, and supply chain decision making.
- Analyze inventory shortages, excess inventory, supplier performance, lead times, and manufacturing performance.
- Perform BOM comparisons, cost analysis, product costing reviews, and material usage reporting.
- Create recurring and ad hoc reports for Operations and Executive Leadership.
- Identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Support process improvement initiatives through datadriven recommendations.
- Improve reporting efficiency through automation and streamlined reporting processes.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity across systems.
- Partner with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, and Leadership
Skills Required:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Advanced Power BI skills
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and operational data.
- Experience building reports, dashboards, and management reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Required approx. 20% travel to supplier locations which include local, domestic and international location
- Work is sedentary in nature, but may require standing, walking, grasping, and lifting/moving up to 25
