Behavioral Specialist II

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Specialist II to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans based on client assessments
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support client needs
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
• Conduct behavioral assessments and contribute to the development of treatment goals
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for clients and team members
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field
• Residential Treatment experience is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral or developmental challenges
• Knowledge of behavioral analysis, intervention strategies, and data collection methods
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required

Requirements

The applicant must be able to complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical. A valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License is required. DHS FBI Fingerprint, PA Childline, and PA Criminal clearance are required.
