IT StoreFront Team Member

This role supports a Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.

Job Description and Responsibilities: IT StoreFront duties include capturing and entering data in spreadsheets/databases, documenting findings, tracking tasks to completion, reporting unusual outcomes of daily tasks to higher level employees, assisting other team members with computer hardware/software tasks, additional administrative support duties as required.
NMCI Computer Deployment     
   - New Computer distribution
   - Exchange with problematic computers (with an associated NMCI Help Desk ticket number)
   - Computer turn-in location for exiting employees
Peripheral Distribution
   - Headsets, microphones, cameras, keyboards, mice
Handle New Employee Check In (Civilian and CSS)
   - Computer, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset, Microphone, Camera, Keyboard, etc.
   - Assist in ensuring new accounts are functional
Technology Refreshment
   - Assist with the technology refreshment of NMCI laptops/desktops for all NMCI users aboard PAX
   - Assist customers with the Tech Refresh process
   - Ensure customers understand the operation of any new equipment

Basic Requirements:  Bachelors Degree and 1 years of experience in demonstrating a knowledge of computer hardware and software; proficiency in Microsoft products - Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS; strong customer service skills; and, ability to work as a member of a team. Professional/personal experience can apply. 

Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree. Substitutions allowed: Associates Degree 2 years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma 4 years of relevant experience. 

Security Clearance:  Secret (must be a US Citizen)

Telework and Travel: 100% on site

Contract: This position is supporting an active, funded contract.
