Perry Reid Properties is seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper/Maintenance Tech for our location in Johnston, IA. Our company truly believes that teamwork is everything and we are looking to grow our current maintenance team to better serve our residents.
No experience necessary! We are willing to train the right candidate. Candidate's should be self-motivated, adaptable, with strong multi-tasking skills and a willingness to work hard. Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
This position is 15-20 hours per week.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Daily grounds clean up
- Pool Care/Maintenance
- routine property maintenance
