Current Position Openings:

- 4PM-8PM
- 2PM-10PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centered care focusing on engagement and life enrichment.
- Assist tenants with fresh water, clean linens, and keeping care areas neat and tidy.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of tenant apartments through picking-up, cleaning, trash removal.
- Become a valuable team-member working together to create positivity.
- Demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness by building meaningful relationships
- Use critical thinking skills to constantly improve and innovate.
- Willingness to pursue CNA after 3 months of working as a Healthcare Aide.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Healthcare Aide is a plus, but not required as training can be provided to the right person!
- Applicants must be sixteen years of age or older
- Competencies in person-directed and elder-directed caregiving
- Desire to work with and serve tenants in a way that is compassionate, personalized, and respectful
