You will start with a 1–2 year apprenticeship in recruiting, with the opportunity to move into sales based on your performance. Our last recruiter was promoted into sales and is now experiencing high commissions and bonuses. What makes this role stand out is long-term residual income, so you keep earning on the business you bring in. With no income cap, our top sales agent earns over $400K a year.
