Responsibilities:
-> Marketing bench consultants across W2, Full-Time, and C2C opportunities
-> Building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients
-> Handling rate negotiations and driving quick placement closures
-> Navigating the US IT Staffing market with speed and strategy
Requirements:
- 5 years of Bench Sales experience.
- Strong vendor and implementation partner network.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a US shift.
