Perry, Johnson, Anderson, Miller & Moskowitz, LLP is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. We are looking for attorneys with 0-7 years of experience, who aspire to become strong trial lawyers and want meaningful courtroom experience.
Our clients expect and support trial advocacy, and we actively engage our associates to handle court hearings and participate in trials. This is a hands-on role offering early responsibility, direct client interaction, and real opportunities to participate in trials.

Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda
- Manage and participate in discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in court for hearings and trials
- Assist with trial preparation and case strategy
- Participate in settlement negotiations
- Work closely with partners and litigation teams
Qualifications
- Member of the California State Bar
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Interest in developing as a trial attorney
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior civil litigation experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
Salary $115,000 - $170,000 bonuses and incentives
