- Organize and supervise archery competitions and events, including local tournaments.

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding program updates and student progress.
- Maintain an organized and safe practice environment, including the setup and breakdown of equipment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in archery, with a strong understanding of techniques and safety protocols.
- Previous coaching or teaching experience, particularly with elementary-aged children, is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Must pass a background check as required by school district policies.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during the archery season.
