We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Our customer service team serves as the go-to resource for customers, sales teams, and internal partners. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Manage customer communications via phone, email, and customer portals.
• Process quotations, customer orders, order acknowledgments, status updates, and shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and account information within CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams regarding lead times, order changes, material availability, and credit/payment status.
• Ensure customer profiles, shipping details, billing information, and records are up to date and accurate.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and identify opportunities to improve processes and service levels.

• Associate degree or equivalent customer service experience.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems in a customer service, order management, or account support environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and record management.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Adapts well to change and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Can identify and contribute to process improvements.

Ideal Requirements

• SAP and/or Salesforce experience.
• Aviation or leather industry experience.
• International customer service experience.
