Real Estate Property Manager

Must be Systems Driven and Organized at all times!

Position Details

• Must Be licensed as a Tx Real Estate Agent
• Be Familiar with Management Software ie: appfolio, buildium, yardi ect.
• Field Responses from Tenants and Owners
• Schedule/complete inspections and final walk through
• Facilitate Owner Pay out process
• Be Familiar with the MLS and Property Data Input
• Familiar with Deposit Deposition Process
• Understand Property Code
• Experience with Lease Agreements and terms
• Understanding of Property Maintenance
• Good Communication Skills and be able to Delegate effectively
• Hold the Team Accountable for Dailey Task Completion
• In the field work with gas allowance provided

This position offers several streams of revenue.

• $60,000 base salary
• Renewal Fees
• Lease Bonus commission
• Profit Sharing for Down Line

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000 base and up to $30,000 in commissions and fees earned totaling $90k annually.
