- Significant experience (4 years) in Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulatory compliance and enforcement, with a strong background in food industry regulations.
- Current or recent experience serving at the FDA is required.
- Background in food, beverage, cosmetic, and consumer product industries.
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and regulatory agencies.
- Advise food industry clients on FDA regulatory compliance, including product labeling, safety, and marketing regulations.
- Represent clients in enforcement actions and regulatory matters before the FDA and other government agencies.
- Provide strategic guidance on risk management, compliance programs, and internal investigations.
- Stay ahead of regulatory developments affecting the food and beverage sector and counsel clients on emerging risks and opportunities.
