Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking an IT Manager of Corporate Services, reporting to the CIO in Midland, Texas. This role is responsible for partnering with multiple business functions including Accounting, Finance, HR, Legal, Budget and Planning, and Facilities, to deliver business value. They will ensure that technology capabilities and applications align with business objectives, improve efficiency, and support the overall growth of the organization. The Manager will lead a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to optimize the use of technology in achieving business goals. General Responsibilities Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and identify opportunities for technology to improve processes and efficiencies. Develop and execute a delivery strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. Support associated enterprise applications Support enterprise collaboration and document management capabilities including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Lead projects to re-engineer business processes and implement technology solutions that drive operational excellence. Cultivate and maintain high trust relationships to support fast paced and collaborative culture. Build and lead a high performing team through team and individual development plans. Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications used within each business function. Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of IT systems to meet the current and future needs of the business. Manage the integration of new technologies with existing systems and processes. Develop and manage the IT business systems budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and maximizing return on investment. Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on business systems and enterprise applications. Proven experience leading and managing IT teams. Strong understanding of business processes and how to leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Experience with Quorum, Workday, Azure, Service Now, Fleet management, Sharepoint or other E&P business applications. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
