Job Description: Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Senior Network Administrator reporting to PR’s Sr. Manager of Infrastructure in Midland, Texas. This position will be responsible for providing network administration for all corporate offices and field networks. The Senior Network administrator will also need to be able to deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and innovative environment. General Responsibilities Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, physical security, and monitoring tools. Demonstrates a strong understanding of network architecture and interdependencies. Consults and coordinates network integration for secondary systems, including AV and security. Network Access Control design, management, and troubleshooting. Administers and manages VoIP and collaboration infrastructure. Maintains, creates, and audits network documentation. Approaches solutions from a customer-centric viewpoint and maintains a positive attitude toward customer issues. Identifies, suggests, plans, implements, and documents potential procedural improvements with guidance as required. Collaborate with other IT team members and our customers to deliver best possible solutions. Minimum Qualifications Ten (10) years of experience in IT or a related discipline Five (5) years of network administration in an enterprise environment (OSPF, BGP, IPSEC VPN, VoIP, QoS, WAN, Cellular, Satellite, RF, IoT) Five (5) years of experience in firewalls, (Check Point, Cisco, Palo). Proven methodology for troubleshooting issues. Proven ability to work independently or as a team to approach problems creatively and resolve them in a timely manner. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel including executive leadership, senior management, users, vendors, and subcontractors. Experience with security audits and managing security solutions. Preferred Qualifications Five (5) years of experience with SD-WAN. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining field network Experience at a publicly held company with SOX requirements is preferred Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred Permian Resource is an equal opportunity employer.
