Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities to help achieve revenue targets
- Initiate, coordinate, and complete all project-specific activities efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project execution
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
- Proven experience in project management within manufacturing or related industries
- Strong understanding of mold manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance practices
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical or equivalent exp
- Experience with plastic injection molding and/or tool and die and/or mechanical part design
- 5 years experience in project management for automotive component manufacturing and/or related engineering field (design, tool and die, automation)
- Experience with automotive quality processes (APAP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.)
- Proficient with computers in particular MS Excel, MS Project
- Proven success in managing projects within timeline and budget
- Excellent communication skills, both internal and with customers
