Description
POSITION PURPOSE
Delivering high quality guest services, including efficient registration of guests, completing the check-in and check-out procedures and accurate financial dealings to ensure guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservations and sending and receiving emails. Answer phone and direct phone inquiries. Process electronic payment for guests’ accounts both at the time of registration and at checkout. Post miscellaneous charges on accounts, where applicable, when requested. Proactively assist with mail distribution.

OTHER:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the Lodge. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
Requirements
EDUCATION
High school or equivalent education required.
EXPERIENCE
1-2 years in a customer public contact position.
