Description
POSITION PURPOSE
Perform repairs in and around Lodge.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, General Manager or Work Order program, perform repair and maintenance of units, grounds or lawn. Specific work areas will be assigned as needed to each employee, based on skill level and experience. Accurate record keeping on assigned tasks is required. Respond to guest room calls as required. May be assigned on-call rotations.
OTHER:
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the Lodge. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
Requirements
EDUCATION
High school or equivalent education required.
EXPERIENCE
Must have minimum of three years hands-on experience working on minor electrical, painting, plumbing and a/c repairs.
