Position Description:
Our client is seeking a midlevel associate to join its growing Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) practice in Seattle. This group advises innovative companies throughout their lifecycle—from formation and financing to mergers and acquisitions—as well as the venture capital funds that invest in them. The client base ranges from early-stage startups to major technology leaders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with at least two years of ECVC experience, ideally gained at a comparable law firm. The successful candidate will have exceptional academic credentials, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage complex client relationships. Proficiency with quantitative analysis and Excel is also preferred.
Salary : $235,000 - $365,000
