We are seeking a highly experienced QA/SQE professional with strong automotive industry background. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of supplier quality management and demonstrate strong problem-solving and facilitation skills when working with both internal teams and external suppliers.

- 5 years of OEM experience preferred, with a BA in Engineering and direct experience in Supplier Management within the Electronic or Mechanical field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work in a multicultural environment and coordinate effectively with TNJP and overseas suppliers as needed.
- Experience in supplier PPAP management and conducting supplier audits; IATF-related training/certification preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with APQP/PPAP processes, capable of contributing to supplier quality improvement for Electronic or Molding suppliers.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish-English or Japanese-English preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively (60%-80%), including 3-4 weekly trips to MX and regular supplier audits.
- Must be able to travel internationally, including on short notice, to address supplier issues, operational risks, or urgent business needs.
