Vice President of Sales

What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute a data-driven, results-oriented sales strategy
• Build and mentor a high-performing sales team that delivers on KPIs
• Partner across departments — Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience — to align goals and deliver an exceptional customer journey
• Drive pipeline development and oversee performance forecasting
• Cultivate strong client relationships and support key account growth
• Participate in executive strategy discussions and planning for future growth

What You Bring

• 10 years of leadership experience with a minimum of 2 years senior-level sales management
• A proven ability to drive team performance and exceed revenue targets
• Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

The Fine Print

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Burr Ridge, IL. Flexibility is important — occasional non-standard hours may be needed based on seasonal or business demands.
