This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with builders, engineers, real estate professionals, property managers, and homeowners to expand market share and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients, including real estate agents, property managers, and general contractors.
- Conduct on-site evaluations and inspections to understand customer needs and propose tailored foundation repair solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project handoffs from sales to operations.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Represent the company at community events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to identify new growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and opportunities for service improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (construction or foundation industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial construction, particularly foundation systems, is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-starter with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (field travel required).
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of outside sales experience; foundation, construction, or home improvement industry experience strongly preferred.
- Background in commercial real estate is strongly desired.
