Skilled Technician in Manufacturing

We are looking for a hard-working Technician to assist in the manufacturing process. To be successful Technician you should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding Technician should be able to maintain production standards and work towards improving productivity without compromising quality.
Technician Responsibilities:
- Following health and safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean workstation and production floor.
- Assembling products and parts.
- Following production guidelines and specifications.
- Working on the production line and meeting production targets.
- Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
- Ability to use small tools.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
Production Worker Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial.
- Experience brazing small parts a plus.
- Experience with intricate assembly desired.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Mathematical knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical dexterity.
Qualifications
Skills: Read, write, and speak English
Experience: Manufacturing/Production experience. Strong mathematical skills.
Physical Requirements
Normal color vision and visual acuity (20/40 or better, corrected).
Full mobility a plus but not required.
No allergies to household chemicals used in daily cleaning.
Compensation
Starting wage $17.00 to $20.00 DOE per hour.
Bi-weekly pay periods
90-day probationary period followed by performance/salary review. Annual performance/salary review after probationary period. Pay increases commensurate upon performance.
Hours
Work week: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, full time 40 hr. 4-day work week, Monday – Thursday
