WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Set up, operate, and maintain production and assembly equipment
• Work from engineering drawings, travelers, and work instructions
• Perform in-process inspection with calipers, micrometers, and gauges; record data
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical units
• Maintain a clean, safe, 5S work area and follow quality and safety procedures
• Support first-article, bring-up, and continuous-improvement activities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma / GED, plus a technical certificate or 2 years of hands-on manufacturing or assembly experience
• Comfortable reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and consistent attention to detail
• Able to work on-site in Dayton, NV; lift ~40 lbs and stand for full shifts
• [Bonus] Aerospace, defense, medical, or other regulated / high-tolerance manufacturing
• [Bonus] CNC operation, IPC soldering, or ESD-controlled assembly • Familiarity with ERP/MES and quality systems (ISO 9001 / AS9100)
