Overview
Lead and supervise a team to ensure smooth operational flow, including picking and stocking.
.Teach, train, and develop team members to successfully meet daily production goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations in picking and stocking.
- Oversees paperwork, monitors daily quotas, follows up on performance standards to identify and address work performance trends.
- Monitors team productivity and provides performance evaluations, constructive feedback, mentorship and disciplinary actions.
- Promote safety awareness and proper housekeeping practices, and investigate and report safety incidents to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Proactively communicate with management regarding workflow planning and staffing needs to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to manage 15 employees
- Oversees daily operations for picking of orders and stocking/overflow product.
- Manages staff to efficiently meet production and quality goals
Job Requirements
- Drivers license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and walk continuously throughout the shift
Pay: $46,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
