Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, patient treatment planning and staff coordination to maximize productivity and patient satisfaction
  • Oversee fiscal management activities such as budgeting, financial reporting, billing, collections, and expense control to ensure the practice’s financial stability
  • Supervise administrative staff, dental assistants, and other team members; provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and OSHA requirements
  • Utilize dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft to manage patient records, appointments, billing, and electronic health records (EHR) systems effectively
  • Coordinate with dental providers on clinical workflows while supporting dental administrative functions like dental records management and medical terminology accuracy
  • Implement human resources policies related to staffing, onboarding, training programs, and employee relations to foster a positive work environment
  • Oversee clinic inventory management including supplies procurement and equipment maintenance to ensure operational readiness
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data for continuous improvement opportunities, and report on practice performance regularly

Qualifications

  • 5 Years of Proven experience managing a dental office or healthcare facility with demonstrated supervisory skills
  • Strong background in dental office management with proficiency in dental-specific software such as Eaglesoft is highly desirable
  • Expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, managed care billing, and revenue cycle management
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance and JCAHO accreditation standards
  • Excellent understanding of dental terminology, dental records handling, and healthcare documentation protocols
  • Prior experience supervising staff within a clinical setting; ability to lead teams effectively while fostering collaboration
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail is essential
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with staff members, patients, vendors, and external partners confidently

Pay: $21.00 - $24.50 per hour
