We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of dental office management. Proficient on Dentrix. This role involves managing administrative staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, and supporting the delivery of exceptional patient care. The Dental Office Manager will play a critical role in maintaining efficient practice workflows, managing financial aspects, and fostering a positive environment for staff and patients alike.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient service
- Supervise administrative staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA, OSHA standards, and other legal requirements
- Utilize Dentrix to manage patient records efficiently
- Ensure proper utilization management and managed care procedures are followed
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize practice operations and patient care delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical or dental office management with a strong background in healthcare operations
- Extensive knowledge of dental office procedures, practice management software Dentrix.
- Supervising experience in a healthcare setting with demonstrated leadership skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
- Strong fiscal management skills including budgeting and financial oversight
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, vendors, and healthcare providers
- Ability to present treatment plans to patients and high percentage of closing treatment plans same day.
- Familiar with orthodontist is a plus.
- Must be Bilingual Spanish and English.
