- Assist in menu planning and food presentation for catering events.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other cooking tools.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
