We are currently hiring for Bakers.
JOB PURPOSE: Produces bakery products for in-house use and bakery display area according to company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.
DUTIES:
- Reports to work well-groomed, in clean and proper uniform and practices good personal hygiene.
- Bakes and prepares bakery products according to company standards.
- Cleans and restocks bakery cases.
- Follows proper receiving, storage, and rotating procedures.
- Assists in guest service while in bakery display area.
- Anticipates, identifies and corrects system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
- Communicates with MOD and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment, safety problems, recommendations to change bakery pars, etc.
