What You’ll Do
• Build and nurture relationships with landscape contractors, municipalities, and developers.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with production and operations to ensure accurate availability, pricing, etc.
• Prepare compelling quotes, bids, and proposals that exceed client expectations.
• Coordinate delivery logistics and maintain clear communication throughout the order lifecycle.
• Represent Perkins Nursery at trade shows, customer tours and industry events.
• Stay ahead of seasonal trends, native plant demand, and competitive insights.
• Serve as a knowledgeable, preferably bilingual resource for our diverse customer base.
What You Bring
• 3 years of experience in horticulture, nursery sales, or landscape contracting.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish) to support inclusive customer engagement.
• Proven success in sales growth and client retainment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and order management systems.
• Self-starter mindset with excellent organization and follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and willingness to travel.
