We're currently the Engineer of Record, PM, and Owner's Rep on a 57-floor Miami oceanfront tower.

🔥 WHAT WE SELL 

Construction oversight. A.K.A. Life insurance for 7 and 8-figure projects. 

When GCs cut corners, buildings fail (and fall) and lawsuits fly. We prevent all that.

We deploy senior PEs and PhDs to monitor everything: 

☑️ Roofs, balconies, stairs, fenestrations. 

☑️ Concrete, waterproofing, post-tension cables. 

☑️ Every "trust me, I got it" that becomes a nightmare. 

Owners don't just want this, they need it like water in the Florida desert. Legal heat is an all-time high. The smart ones know. This is high-stakes, high-trust, high-dollar loss prevention.

Three of our other services are legally mandated, so the floor never drops out: 

🏢 Engineering reports (Structural Inspections, Phase 1 & 2). 

📆 Funding plans (Reserve Studies). 

🛡️ Insurance valuations.


🧨 WHAT WE WANT 

A hunter. And an actual closer. Anybody can "build relationships." 

You thrive on velocity. You lead DMs to decisions with authority. No fake modesty. 

You exterminate the "maybes." If you've got grit, we'll coach you hard.

We don't hire closers to babysit. We hire them to own a market. 


🗓 HOW YOU WORK 

Mon & Fri: Work-from-home grind. 100 calls, follow-ups, and CRM stamina. Decision-driving. 

🚗 Tue–Thu: Field days. Pure exposure, NET NEW life. 15 building visits in the trenches. 

🎯 Target: Owners, boards, property managers, GCs, and commercial Developers. 

🔓 10–12 deals/month = serious income. 


💸 WHAT YOU EARN

Year 1 (after you've built a pipeline, not a pipedream): 

  •  $115K–$140K = Solid. 
  •  $140K–$175K = Strong. 
  •  $175K = Beast.

Year 2, the right closer breaks $250K . We have people doing it in real life. 

✅ Uncapped commission. ✅ Monthly payouts. ✅ No clawback nonsense. 

For the rare alpha who's closed (verifiable) deals most people can't: the comp convo opens up fast.
