- Follow and master company scripts, procedures, and service offerings
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Educate patients on available services and answer common questions
- Provide outstanding customer service on every interaction
- Handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude
- Document patient information accurately within the company systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, coworkers, and healthcare staff
- Learn new services, policies, and procedures quickly
- Help maximize appointment bookings while ensuring patient satisfaction
- Exceptional verbal communication skills

- Ability to memorize scripts, processes, and service information quickly

- Previous call center experience
