JD :
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering, with a demonstrated history of successfully completing projects and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or ProE), and other engineering software (e.g., Minitab, MATLAB, or similar).
- StandardPro and/or Modapts experience is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems and simulation software (e.g., Arena, Simio) is a plus.
- Expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, JIT, cycle time analysis, ergonomics, and facilities/layout design.
- Working knowledge of advanced quality control tools, data analysis, and problem-solving techniques (e.g., PFMEA, Pareto analysis, SPC).
- Strong leadership skills including managing engineering teams and projects.
- Experience in preparing and managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication for creating technical documentation, reports, presentations, and working with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex engineering problems.
- Experience with safety standards (OSHA, ISO) and industry-specific regulations.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing work environments.
