About the Role
The Treatment Coordinator and Front Desk Associate plays a key role in delivering a seamless and supportive experience for our patients. You will be responsible for managing treatment planning and scheduling, collaborating with our clinical team, and ensuring patients are informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their journey with us.
What You’ll Do:
Own and manage the daily clinical schedule
Coordinate appointments across providers (periodontist, surgeon, clinical staff, and lab)
Welcome and support patients, guiding them through the intake and treatment process
Set patient expectations for wait times and ensure the clinical workflow runs smoothly
Handle appointment reminders, treatment plans, and financial discussions with professionalism and empathy
Provide support for front desk operations as needed (e.g., check-ins, reconciliations, call handling)
Maintain clean and organized patient areas and materials
Assist with other administrative or patient-facing duties as assigned
Qualifications
Prior experience in a dental, medical, or surgical office preferred
Background in patient admissions or treatment planning is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
Comfortable using dental/medical software and general computer applications
Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to assist across different roles
