What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Receptionist position at Periodontal Medicine & Surgical Specialists?
We are seeking front desk person to join our dental office full time. The full time hours are Monday-Friday, with no evening hours. As the first point of contact at our office, candidate must be friendly, outgoing and make patients feel comfortable and welcome. We are looking for someone that is detail oriented, well spoken, and has excellent multitasking and time management skills.
Responsibilities include: Excellent personal and patient communication, answering phone calls, scheduling/confirming appointments, addressing questions, prepare, present, and schedule patients for treatment plans, set up financial arrangements and process payments, assist patients with insurance and financial questions, follow scheduling guidelines to ensure goals are met, and respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries.
We are a very established office, and are looking for a team player to blend with our office family. Dental experience preferred.
