Duties
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phones, schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
- Assist with billing inquiries
- Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate with clinical staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in a dental office or medical front desk role with familiarity in dental terminology and medical administrative support
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office , Tracker or similar dental programing
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse patient populations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with clerical experience including filing, faxing, and managing medical records
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in healthcare administration or dental office management are advantageous
