Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily operational activities, including scheduling and logistics.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks stay within scope, budget, and deadlines.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure timely project delivery and resolve any delays.
- Maintain meticulous records, reports, and documentation related to project activities.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to provide updates, reports, and technical support.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism in all client interactions.
- Consistently maintain punctuality and reliability — if you cannot be on time, this position is not a fit.
- 2–3 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
- Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Positive, professional attitude with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test permitting access to military or similarly controlled facilities.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desired.
- Experience with ConnectWise ticketing systems is a plus.
- Ability to sit or stand at a computer workstation for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds to waist level.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (In-office position)
- Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
