Position Purpose
The Project Coordinator is a vital part of our Operations Team and oversees certain stages of each project including pricing, submittals, safety documents and closeouts. The Project Coordinator communicates with professionalism across a variety of channels of communication to proactively resolve issues and facilitate timely, quality flow of projects within budget.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Work closely with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager and Superintendent to ensure the project is operating efficiently and according to scope and schedule.
● Establish and maintain strong client relationships with vendors.
● Obtain digital and physical submittals along with lead times.
● Review received submittals and update Project Management Software with accurate data.
● Create Purchase Orders. Submit to Suppliers. Review Order Acknowledgements for accuracy.
● Prepare material information documents for the Field Operation's Team.
● Proactively address any potential customer issues and work with the project team to develop solutions.
● Prepare for and participate in weekly Operations' meetings and project specific meetings.
● Perform other duties within scope of ability as assigned by Management.
