Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of Minnesota 245D policies and procedures, excellent organizational skills, and enjoys keeping an office running efficiently. This role works closely with our Designated Coordinator to support daily operations and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize employee and client files.
- Prepare, organize, and update binders and required documentation.
- File paperwork accurately and ensure records remain compliant.
- Assist the Designated Coordinator with administrative tasks and daily operations.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on assigned action items.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service.
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization.
- Support compliance with 245D policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Minnesota 245D policies and procedures preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with filing systems, documentation, and binder management.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Previous administrative experience in healthcare or human services is preferred.
