Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hoagland, IN. The Additive Manufacturing Coordinator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality production standards, troubleshooting, and optimizing workflows. Key responsibilities include managing additive manufacturing processes, coordinating production schedules, and maintaining equipment to ensure consistent performance. The role also involves collaborating with teams to uphold quality control measures and support continuous improvement initiatives while operating AM equipment.

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments.
- Solid Analytical Skills to identify and address challenges, ensure process improvements, and drive operational efficiency.
- Experience in Manufacturing Operations and hands-on experience with additive manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity in Quality Control and maintaining adherence to industry standards and protocols.
- Familiarity with general Manufacturing principles and concepts.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a dynamic production environment.
- Experience and/or degree in Manufacturing Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with CAD software and production scheduling tools is a plus.
