Key Responsibilities
- Drive aggressive sales performance and exceed store targets
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client experience
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and cash handling
- Monitor KPIs such as UPT, conversion, and GP sales goals.
- Maintain strong visual merchandising standards aligned with brand image
- Enforce company policies and operational procedures
Requirements (MUST HAVE)
- Proven experience in retail management and sales (fragrance or beauty industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- Bilingual (English Spanish) REQUIRED
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings and holidays
