Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and personable Physical Therapy Aide with a strong interest in Pilates and movement-based rehabilitation. This role is ideal for a Pilates instructor or aspiring healthcare professional who plans to pursue graduate education in physical therapy or a related field.
This is a hands-on, mentorship-driven opportunity to gain meaningful clinical experience in a supportive, high-level practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists with patient flow and exercise supervision
- Support Pilates-based rehabilitation sessions
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment
- Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
- Learn and apply clinical exercise progressions under supervision
- Assist front desk
Qualifications
- Background or strong interest in Pilates, exercise instruction, or movement science
- Coursework or knowledge in anatomy, kinesiology, or related field preferred
- Dance or performing arts experience is a plus
- Interest in pursuing physical therapy or a related healthcare profession
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Must be available Tuesdays and Thursdays (full days)
- Ability to start immediately
- Willingness to participate in on-site training
