What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Coordinator position at Performance Title?
Company Description
Performance Title, Inc. is a full-service title company with over 20 years of experience, serving the entire state of Florida. Known for its customer-centered approach, the company specializes in providing seamless support for residential and short sale closings, escrow services, and title insurance. Performance Title takes pride in delivering one-on-one attention to ensure efficient and risk-free transaction processing. Since 2006, the team has been a trusted partner for buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, and lenders, offering reliable and personalized service in a dynamic real estate environment.
Role Description
This isn’t your typical administrative role — it’s a high-trust, high-impact position working directly alongside our CEO, Christina, across both professional and personal priorities.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in the “everything in between.” From managing schedules and communications to helping streamline day-to-day operations and special projects, this role is about making life — and business — run more efficiently.
The ideal candidate is a rare find — a true “diamond in the rough.” Someone who values stability, growth, and long-term partnership over short-term gains. This is not a role for someone job-hopping or chasing yearly raises. Instead, it’s for someone who understands that by helping the CEO operate at a higher level, the entire company benefits — and success is shared through performance-based bonuses and additional compensation.
What we’re looking for:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Discreet, trustworthy, and proactive
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable balancing personal and professional responsibilities
• Committed to long-term growth and tenure
What we offer:
• Competitive starting salary based on experience and ability
• Medical health benefits
• Opportunity to grow alongside a fast-moving company
• Performance-based bonuses tied to company success
If you’re someone who takes pride in being the backbone behind leadership and want to build something meaningful over time, we’d love to hear from you.
